Missing Label Recovery
Automatic recovery of one or more self-adhesive labels that may be missing from the roll. The maximum number of labels that can actually be recovered depends on the label pitch and the dispensing speed and frequency.
PC Tool
The software supplied as standard with the Easyliner model allows for machine setup upon installation and facilitates diagnostics and maintenance. Installed on the customer's PC, temporarily connected to the internal machine control board.
Frequency Check

From the browser of any device (PC or mobile) connected to the same network/domain, by typing the IP address of the labeller, it is possible to view a web page with the main information relating to the status of the machine.
Web Service
All data relating to the labeling machine's status, alarms, and settings are made available to the customer through a REST architecture (API specifications), for integration into their own applications. Typically, this occurs in the production line interface or SCADA programs. Using the Modbus TCP/IP communication protocol, Arca 5.0 print-and-apply labeling machines can be controlled from any PLC.

The standard Modbus TCP/IP communication protocol always allows the integration of the print-and-apply labelling interface into the customer's line terminals, in the following ways:

But if you prefer your production line to never stop, not even for a moment, simply install two Arca 5.0 labelers in a row. The non-stop control logic is standard!
Each print apply is automatically triggered when the other stops, that is, in case of:
- running out of label roll
- The thermal transfer ribbon roll in the print module is running out.

Non-stop: easy adjustment!
Even during the regular transition from the downstream to the upstream print-and-apply labeler (excluding alarms from the downstream labeler), all products between the two labelers are also labeled.
Non-Stop also works on variable speed production lines, without the need for adjustments.
MULTISIDE PALLET
Multiside Pallet is used for the application and adaptation of up to two labels (dual action function), by means of air blow and mechanical pressure on the Pallet.
It can label two adjacent sides of a stationary pallet, even when the pallet is stopped for just one time. Depending on the applicator installed, application can be performed on the front and side, or on the side and back of the pallet.
Highly autonomous thanks to the 360mm diameter label roll holder. Complete with a silicone-coated media rewinder with independent motor and expansion spindle (for quick extraction). It features a reprint function for labels with unreadable codes.
Ready for integration of a standard industrial printing module, OEM Sato or Zebra; easily maintainable and replaceable worldwide, as it is independent of the machine (OPEN SOURCE AFTER SALES).
