Labelling machines and laser markers for
Pharmaceutical industry
A complete line of labeling machines that can be integrated into any existing line and laser markers designed according to GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) guidelines and equipped with all the features that make them suitable for the pharmaceutical industry.
“Seal” labelling (even at high speed), stamping and traceability of single and multiple packs, in compliance with the Falsified Medicines Directive (2011/62/EU).
Labeling systems for bottles , test tubes, ampoules, test tubes, blow-fill seals, flat and formed cases , and single-dose strips. Also available in non-stop configurations and with open-frame stainless steel structures for ease of operation and cleaning, pharmaceutical markings for each product.
Print-apply labeling machines for application on single-packs, boxes , and pallet bundles (including non-stop and real-time). Continuous print quality monitoring allows for corrective action without interrupting production for pharmaceutical aggregation.
CO2 and Fiber laser markers for indelible coding: lot number, expiration date, barcodes/2D. Directly on cartons, blisters, bottles, vials, or labels.
“Product validation” through optical checks of correct labeling, successful printing of variable data (OCR/OCV), verification of barcodes/2D, effective removal of incorrect labels, successful labeling and correct positioning.
