Open positions
The candidate will be responsible for business development for distributors and supplements. This role will be carried out almost exclusively from the office.
Requirements: Proficiency in English adequate for sales purposes. At least one previous sales experience. A focus on operational marketing (active prospecting). Ability to use social media and digital platforms.
Residency compatible with the Marcallo con Casone location and a relevant educational qualification will be considered preferential.
This position will offer the candidate the opportunity to join the team of a solid and reputable company, committed to innovation and attentive to the personal and professional needs of its employees. Compensation and classification (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworkers) will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An intensive initial training program is included.

The company does its duty; it strictly adheres to regulations, respects the environment and workers' union rights, strives to pay them well and provides 14 months' salary (even though the employment contract stipulates 13 months). Furthermore, there's a reward for ideas and, above all, involvement in operating results: a variable annual bonus, a percentage of turnover, awarded to every employee, white-collar and blue-collar, without exception. CREATE WITH ARCA
Designing, manufacturing, and selling laser markers and industrial labeling machines probably isn't exactly the same as "saving the world." Automatic identification is just one cog in the manufacturing economy. But we want to play our role, however small or large, to the fullest. We don't manufacture "nuclear power plants"; a label applicator, a print-apply machine, or a marker are relatively simple machines. But their value is significant for the customer and is expressed in productivity and precision, ease of use, operator safety, and longevity. And each of our employees is called upon to contribute to this value—to the effectiveness, efficiency, and even the design of our machines—with their dedication and contributions to all aspects of hardware and software. PASSION
Doing things well requires only a little more effort than doing them "somehow." But it prevents complaints and the resulting corrections.
